Local Authorities

ESP has been involved with multiple projects on behalf of local authorities in North East England. We have completed technical feasibility studies and designs for a number of community and district heating schemes, and have undertaken renewable energy opportunities assessments for sites including sheltered housing schemes.

Our engineering and project experience, along with past involvement with public sector clients, means that we are well placed to be able to meet the demands and requirements of local authorities who are looking to implement low carbon energy schemes such as district heating, communal heating in high rise residences and CHP or tri-generation systems within council-owned buildings.

We are CHAS accredited designers and contractors and all of our work is covered by £5 million of professional indemnity insurance, so you can be confident that our company will deliver projects safely and professionally.
