North East Renewable alliance

ESP's Don Lord has been elected as Secretary and Spokesman for the North East Renewable Alliance. The Alliance has been formed to enable the substantial resources of regional MCS companies to bid for large renewable based projects.












ESP wins for CHPA award

ESP in conjunction with Manchester based ENER-G have won the prestigious commmunity CHP Association award. The award was made in respect of the installation of the UK’s first commercial 10kWe micro CHOP at the Tyneside Cyrenians in Newcastle. The award was presented by Lord Whitty at the Gibson Hall in London following the CHPA annual conference. Don Lord commented that "it was a great honour to receive such a prestigious award which reflects the considerable R&D works undertaken by ESP in the lead up to the UK product launch".

First Baxi micro CHP unit installed by ESP

ESP has recently completed the first North East micro CHP installation of the FIT compliant Baxi Ecogen. The unit installed in a domestic property in Whitley Bay is now providing heat and power whilst also earning income under the Feed in Tariff.
